Default Transmission Fluid Leak

My CC 2072 is leaking trans fluid profusely when running It appears to be the gasket between the pump and transmission. I can replace it no problem if I had one so far I cant even find a part number much less the gasket. Also I have struck out on disc brake pads for the same.
I really don't want to tear it down until i have part in hand due to contamination. I'll post a pic of the serial tag. Attachment 113346

Check your relief valves too. They are on top and if both of them are leaking, it will look like that gasket has failed.

You can also do this to the brakes. I use JB Weld and put them in the vice overnight.

Cub has the gasket.

SGT's are bad about loose or broken bolts in the rear assembly. Make sure all your bolts holding the rear are torqued to 30ftlbs and no more. Also check and make sure that the front tabs on the transmission aren't broken. This will cause the transmission assembly to flex and crack your hydro lines and all kinds of other problems. I highly recommend that you install a set of rear braces if your machine doesn't already have those.

Here are the rear braces needed for a SGT.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
