Model 1250 PTO clutch problems
I am trying to install a PTO clutch on a Model 1250 Cub Cadet. When I try to tighten up the bolt that holds it on, everything locks together and shouldn't. It does not turn as it should. What am I doing incorrectly? I had the motor running earlier and the clutch was not rubbing or dragging, but I had to take it apart to check the electrical part, as it did not seem to work. By using a jumper wire the windings seem fine but the mechanical problems are not allowing it to turn freely.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
