Default Canopy with fringe- ROPS

I had never seen one of these! I cut and pasted the images from FB Marketplace in Western Massachusetts, and it is probably available. Maybe you folks are familiar with them already. I love the idea of a ROPS, and the fringed fabric made me laugh. (This is not my machine)

This would go well with a red velvet upholstered seat!

Yes to the red! Oh, and it also comes with "wheelie stop" bars. Maybe these would be great for pulling contests.

Aw yes, the "mod look" of the day.
Us ol'farts are now seen-agers, been there, done that, seen that and cant remember when.
That roll cage needs a "squirrel tail" on it, and a neckers knob on the steering wheel.

Cool

I always prefer bold plaid pants with black socks, when I'm doing the mowing. Of course a white polo is mandatory to avoid offending the HOA police

Those are rare. I just pulled that one up on FB and he's asking $750 but it's missing the seat belt. Looks pretty cool to add to a collection.

A new member back in September '23 had one for sale. I don't know if it is still available.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
