I have some questions about my Cub Cadet 1225 Lawn Tractor Mowing Deck
Hi everyone!
So I got this Cub Cadet 1225 from a seller online around 6 or so months ago and got it up and running just fine and rewired the entire thing. I have now put my attention to the mowing deck. My goal is get the rust situation under control and repaint it, while also re-greasing all the spindles/pulleys/etc. and replacing the belts. I just want to know if anyone has any information about the type of bearings they are? Or the pulleys? What grease to use? I could have swore I seen a grease fitting on them as well. The previous owner only swapped out the blades and that is it. Nothing has been done to it in 31 years it looks like but I want to ensure that everything works out fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

At the top of this page click the "Cub Cadet Parts & Service" block.
A new page opens, click the big Cub Cadet square, next page type in your model (1225), click one of the results that appear, click "Attachment" to the right, click "441 38 Mower" to the right click "Assemblies for 441 38 Mower" Is that your deck? Wheel bearing grease. Fittings are on top of spindle shaft.
