Help Needed on a LTX 1042 KW

Hi there, I'm having a problem maybe someone has encountered..I have a Cub Cadet LTX 1042 KW with the Kawasaki engine. It runs fine but after about an hour of running time, it will backfire when I put it under a big load, like high grass and then it will straighten up. I just bought a new Carburetor and it does the same thing after about an hour. Is it possible that the coil is heating up and then cutting out. Any help would be greatly appreciated....
