Default Pro Z148s hard to turn

I search the forums and didn’t find any related to steering. Apologize if I am in the wrong place. Joined hoping some has experience with the ProZ 100s. Mine is a 2022 with 80 hours. Bought it from the local cub cadet dealer with 18 hours. Had previous issues and they were to align at 51 hours. The problem is if you turn tight it tears a little circle, if you watch the tire turning either direction, the tire you are turning to doesn’t turn backwards. Also when you back straight up and let off the gas, it will jump to the right. Steering either direction takes more strength than it should. Sporadically it will turn easy and the wheel will be moving back like it should. Thinking I might have bought someone else’s problem. Does anyone know how to setup the alignment for synchronized steering?

Thanks
Doug

The date of purchase and the hours mean the dealer should be the bloke fixing your problem under warranty

This is a steering wheel model. Just set the tire pressure yesterday to 20 front and 10 rear. I greased all the fittings on front wheels and two related to steering. I pulled the floor plan and verified no debris. There was less than a handful, to make sure, blew everything out with air. Mowed the yard and it started off seeming like it was better, however after mowing around several trees and wit stripping, started feeling hard to steer again and continued through the rest of the mowing. Should I go higher on front tire pressure? Max is 28, so I was thinking maybe 25. The toughest part is from straight until about 90 degrees going either way. This may be normal, but on flat ground on the grass, it would take two hands pulling pretty hard to turn the tires

Forgot to note, dealer did an alignment 9/16/23 at 52 hours. Like yesterday, seemed better at first

For wheel/transmission alignment procedure click this link....

https://www.ccpartsnmore.com/uploade...E%20S-2010.pdf

See Chapter 6 (pages 43-46).

Also, I would check for grass/debris buildup at the control inputs to the transmissions.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
