Default QL 1200 - Cracked Oil Pan - Replacement
Chased a nagging engine oil leak on Quietline 1200. Found a crack in the oil pan. Read on here somewhere previously about replacing aluminum pan with cast iron. Is there a model that had a cast iron pan or isn't that easy? K301AQS engine.

That pan looks like a candidate for some JB weld therapy.

As well as re-machining of the threaded bosses and replacement motor mounts which probably cause the issue in the first place

Those bosses need to be the same height all around in relation to the mounting surface of the pan proper to the engine block.
