First off, let me ask just what model Cub are we talking about here?
Brake pads are easily re-lined. There are no kits that I know of and if there were what would you expect to find in them other than reline pads. . Are you missing parts here or just what is the deal? Used calipers and parts should be readily available. What exactly do you need, if any, in the way of parts.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
