I'm not sure on this but I was thinking you could flip the ring gear in the rear to run the opposite direction. (Oops, I see that was answered below in the custom section)

If you want to turn the hydro "backwards" you'll have to get an opposite rotation lens plate. Pump plates are rotation specific. It will work at very slow rpm, but will be very noisy then destruct at operating speeds.
You can turn the swash plate 180 to get change the forward/reverse speeds.
