Default Heard a rumour

I heard a rumour that you blokes are having an election this year , now when we have elections over here School auditoriums are used as polling booths
Now as a fund raising gesture the schools are allowed to have a BBQ and they sell what we call a Democracy sausage , i.e. a BBQ sausage in a slice of bread with onions and either Black (BBQ) or Red (tomato) sauce
Now I am curious does that happen over there ?????

Each state varies, but in general school gyms, church auditoriums, volunteer fire halls, etc. are used.
Where I am (Pennsylvania) nothing considered an enticement is allowed to be given or sold, and politicking is not allowed within a certain distance of the voting area. (don't remember exactly what that distance is but I'm sure it's not adhered to)

Those promoting any political candidate are not allowed onto school property and as for the Democracy sausage being considered as an enticement , does not happen
It is sold generally by the Schools Parents and Citizens Association as a fund raiser for the school and has no political affiliations

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
