Thanks for the kind words. That's just the stock rear hitch plate that I added a ball pintle to. It makes this tractor much more versatile for me. I had the hook laying around I just needed to change the ball to the proper size for my trailers. All of which now have 2" ball mounts. I got tired of needing different hitches for different trailers so I made all the trailers 2".
As for the sticker that has come up before. Sometime in it's life this tractor must have spent some time at Finch services. They are BOTH a JD and a CUB dealer. The dang stickers are all over this tractor and won't come off without taking paint as well.

Hitch Updated!
I looked at several options including xtreme hitch and Houtz for the rear hitch plate then got one on e-bay for $15 - delivered last night and installed.
Over the weekend did some R&R on the deck - sanded, brushed primed and painted, replaced the drive belts so things are looking good. The new hitch plate is very sturdy - I had to remove the old lift set up so that will be going to auction soon. Thanks a lot for all your tips and advice. Thanks Guys for the nice comments.
It seems I got the bug now - when one part of the tractor is freshened up the rest looks ratty so I have been sanding, priming and painting lately! Did the seat frame / fenders / pan and the snow plow over the weekend so things are shaping up.. The plow was pretty rusted from winter use and being outside but now it looks like new.. Pics soon. I need to take lower res pics to post directly in the forum. Carl
