that monster would look nice with 2 decks under it, one with regular blades(front) and one with mulching blades(rear)!! It would be a real trip to work that thing!

Just a thought
If you have both engines tied togeather. couldn't you tie the intake's togeather, install a big carb. and wouldn't it run like a v twin???

Another thought
To do what i suggested you would have to line up both engines TDC or what ever before you tied them togeather. I may be all wet I'm not a mechanic but it seams to make sence to me.

This may still shake you to pieces, as both pistons will be traveling the same direction at the same time. So it might be better to have one at TDC and one at BDC and live with it sounding like an old JD. It would probably shake the least this. way. |

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
