Default Electric wiring diagram for CV15S
I have a Cub Cadet Model #CV15S, Spec #41612, Serial #3212813003 and only start when I wired it to my car. Battery is new but keep dying.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this cub cadet?

If it will only start when you jump it from your car the battery is bad. I would take it back and have it tested. It wouldn't be the first time its happened.

I agree, with Duke. One of my 100's battery is doing the same. It will be replaced this weekend.

Thanks for the replies.
I had the battery tested, charged and it's ok. I put it back on the tractor and started fine.
I run the tractor every other week, do you guys think that could be what is causing the problem?

If the battery is good sounds like it's not charging. Running it every two weeks isn't going to make the battery lose it's charge on it's own.

Like Duke said it may not be charging. If you have an amp meter you should have around 13.5 or higher at full throtal. Im sure the link that Roland posted will show you how to check the voltage reguator.
