Why in the world paint that? That's super sweet!

The 1772 looks awesome.
The rear lift looks to be one from Xtreme, but not sure. It looks like mine.

Dfreed,

The diesel looks great!
Drive over the deck to put on and take off! Much easier that way!

Default 1772

That's how I got that deck off! I had the idea of having some "wedges" made and welded on to make that "drive over" a little better. I want to paint this super so it will be as "SWEET" as my 1512 I let go. (I'm still mourning that) The main thing I want to do is get the correct color on it. That hitch is not an Xtreme hitch. That is a hitch made by one of our members in Albemarle NC, I have his number if anyone needs one. He is open for trades. It's $325 for the whole thing with no trade! I think that is a heck of a good price! I have got $200 in the hitch on the 1772 and $75 in the one on my 2072. They both work just as good as the Xtreem hitch I had on the 1512.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
