Here's my black powder pistols. Uberti walker colt, a replica 1858 navy and replica 1861. Fun to shoot but a pain in the butt to clean up!

Blackpowder is a lot of fun. I never really minded the c;leaning end of the hobby, usually. Its a pain somethimes tho. Ive got a 30 year old Hatfield in .32 which is as yet unfired? I don't know why, just haven't got around to it I guess. Its a beautifl piece. IO used to deal in black powder guns and accessories before I opened a gun shop. Somebody broke in the 1st week of opening the shop, only guns taken were 3 custom made BP long guns and 2 TC rifles.

Picked up a rem 522 last week also bought 1000 rounds of .22 ammo for it.
 Since this is my first post in this thread I also have a h&r single shot with a 270win barrell and a 20ga barrel, a jc Higgins bolt action 16ga, rem model 12 pump .22(1915) and a cva muzzleloader. All have been good to me.

I gotta say I love my guns. My newest addition is a S&W 9 mm M&P . For hunting I have a mossburg 12 gauge 500 with a slug barrel. I also have a .50 cal black powder springfield hawkens rifle that come as a kit. My uncle was a gunsmith so he blued the barrel with me and we custom made a stock outta oak and walnut so I can switch back an forth. I prefer to deer hunt with my compound bow but will use one of the guns mentioned above

man wish I had a great outdoor place ( close by) to shoot again like you guys .
Speaking of outdoor shooting I was expecting a epic A$$ kicking by the nat. guard , police, troopers ,etc. in Ferguson of the looters and arsonists . I guess they went with plan b . there were 3 times as many gun permits issued today as normal , so watch out looters . BB&YS:

Nothing like the sound of a fully automatic weapon.
While in Missouri last week deer hunting, we took time out to play.
Full Auto, AK Krinkov Uzi Didn't take long but shot up over $ 200.00 in less than 5 minutes (gulp).  Another toy we played with.

REMINGTON RECALL
Many Remington Model 887 pump shotguns have been found to be prone to a defect that may cause them to slam fire and are therefore being recalled. A slam fire is when a round is fired just by being chambered. Firing pins on 887s have been known to stick in the forward position and thus can detonate a primer when a live shell is chambered. According to the notification, the recall affects Model 887 shotguns made between December 1, 2013 and November 24, 2014. To participate in the recall, please follow the instructions below: STEP 1: Visit http://887recall.remington.com or call 1-800-243-9700 (Prompt #3 then Prompt #2) Monday through Friday, 9 AM through to 5 PM EDT. You will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, and shotgun(s) serial number. STEP 2: Upon receipt of the information requested in Step 1, Remington will send you boxes and written instructions and arrange for UPS to pickup your shotgun(s). Remington will cover all related shipping, inspection, and repair charges. Please do not return your shotgun on your own. Remington will arrange for pickup of your Model 887.
