Interesting stuff for sure! Is it a different trans or different trans control than the 11-14 cars? Because the boys in Florida are killing it with the 11-14 trans. Like driving to the track, ripping off high 8s in the quarter and driving home. Glad you are getting some quality time in with the kids, wouldn't change it for the world. Happy be-lated fathers day.

In other news the coyote stock NMRA car will now become a racecar. We just agreed to purchase a 99 GT vert. So now a street car and racecar will be in the stable.

Take it easy.

Darrell the problems were in the tune having to do with the accelerator and torque converter and when it locked up way beyond my level of knowledge. Jason thanks. I really don't know if the trans is the same as the earlier cars. What is a 99 GT vert is it a mustang or a ford GT?

Yellow, black wheels and trims! Looking good!

I like rear louvers, I don't think Chastain Shadow is still in business, they use to make good quality aluminum louvers back in the day.

Interesting claim. I don't frequent SVTP much anymore. But I thought 9.82 was a good time for an eaton supercharged car. But the comments state that the car has a TVS? When I got out of it, 2010ish, the fastest stock engine with eaton were in the low 10s, high 9s if they added nitrous. Once the stock supercharger is out of the equation, mid/high 8s are what stock engines should run if properly prepared. Local guy, has since moved to a slightly over stock configuration, watched him make a few passes at NMRA maple grove and the car runs consistent low 8 second quarter mile passes.

Here is an update. Mr ZO6 never showed up. I have had several updates to the tune in the car and man what a difference. I did get to run my buddy with the 16 C7. This time things were a little different. The vette is a beast of the line but I can easily run him down and pass him. I have run a bunch of other cars but the most satisfying had to be a 2013 911 Carrera 4 the car was awesome the driver was a total tool. He was 100% sure that his Porsche would absolutely destroy my lowly Ford. After listening to him go on and on about how much money the car cost and that it's German blah, blah, blah I decided to Show him the beauty of a little American Iron. The mustang spanked him bad. The racing is fun but the real reason for the car was to spend more time with my son. It was a great summer, many car shows (We even won some) Auto crossing and many cruises. My son has really matured and we are getting along great. Next I would like to go to the track and run it for some times but traction is a problem I need to get some drag radials. The 99 is also running great an I believe still faster than the 16.

Don't get me started on Porch owners. Yeah I know it's spelled Porsche but as they say Big Dogs run others stay on the Porch. Used to love dusting the GT-3's that cost huge $$$ with my race truck that cost under $30,000 at Watkins Glen.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
