Man, that's sure a nice looking paint job! Mine came out pretty poor. I'm going to have to sand and repaint in the spring. I may go ahead and get it all back together this winter, just to make sure the trans and hydro are good, then take it all apart again to repaint and finish whatever else it may need.

Getting closer!!
A few more decals on now:
    Lucky for me I have a buddy who is VERY detail oriented. I couldn't have done as nice a job as he has. He's put all them on for me. I'll owe him BIG TIME!!    I think the decals are a nice accent.

Putting decals on is one of the most stressful parts of a restoration, IMO. You can instantly make all of your hard work look really stupid if you put one on crooked. Your buddy knows what he's doing...that's how I'd have done it, too...

Another .20 cents at WalMart on felt to keep from scratching the new paint:
   Just 2 more stickers today, hopefully the rest tomorrow:   If you notice in the 4th pic, the scratch on the front from the hood opening. I had no idea it rubbed until too late, so a piece of felt on the bottom so it doesn't get worse.

INSANE! great Job..
I do want to give you a bit of a heads up though on the seat you used. The internal mount in that seat is white (or pot) metal.. I had one on a White GT a while ago. The internal mounting block broke and I did a back flip off of it pulling it into the pole shed. If you do any amount of hillside or uneven work or if you are going to be plowing in a furrow with this one please watch the seat..
