I got another (bad) China fuel pump in the mail today...but was able to steal the diaphram to fix the original one. Tweaked the choke cable and carb and the 1811 sings like a songbird. Put on all the shrouding, changed the oil/filters, and I think I want to drop the deck and try out the 450 blower on it.
I believe I have a plastic pair of weights that should fit it for that purpose; I def have chains worse case. I also have the plastic trim pieces on order (amazingly, all 3 were damaged). Anyone have spare white side shields?

Removed the 46 GT deck, lift linkage, and mule drive from the 1811. Hoping to put the 450 blower on soon and try that out for the first time.
Does anyone know what this scratching is from? First thought was the top link bracket, but then you would think it could have avoided scratches...

I put the #450 2 stage blower on my 1811 tonight after giving it a wash. Noticed the 1811's pto is missing the bolt (!), so I didn't run it, but it's otherwise hooked up. Impressed by the lift height, and that the 30 some year old cylinder held up that heavy blower over the mile ride between the shed the blower was in and home.

Picked up side panels for the 1811 in Lake Geneva last night. Put those on, parked it back in the shop.
Also finished putting the 2182's driveline back together (had to replace input seal, and was waiting on a new fan for a while). Finally rid of hydraulic leaks, minus the P/S cylinder. Probably will adjust the hydro linkage per the manual this week, and rehome the control stick. If it's actually 50 on Xmas eve I'll power wash her, then put the fenders/seat/tunnel back on and have it together fully for the first time that I've owned it.

Picked up a set of wheel weights for the 1811 tonight (cast, IH), a bumper for the 2182 (NOS), and some other misc. hardware like the 1811 height adjustment pawl.
