Had to clean the built up grass out from the underside of the 54GT deck on my 2264 today mowed some damp grass with it a couple days ago and it made a mess. This is what I use to lift the tractor to get under it. I thought about buying one of the lift's they sell at TSC but decided to use what I already had.

Nice Lift Sam!! Once you have a loader you can never go back!.. I still find new uses for mine every day.. Seldom does it actually load or move dirt though.. its always some odd task!

Default What Does a Cub XT3 plus a Box Scraper Equal?

A fun weekend first and foremost and a smooth driveway! That's what we did this weekend.

I'm working on different areas of the driveway to control the run-off at the top of the driveway so that the erosion down at the bottom doesn't become too bad. The Brinly Box Scraper worked well. I did notice the added weight of the box scraper (with cinder block) and the traction lock engaged, the steering was really dismal. I could hardly turn. I'll get a weight up front to help with with that.

the 782D did some hot weather mowing today. It was 96 here and there's a tad bit of humidity in the air! Adjusted the deck, and all is good.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
