Awesome job!! Very nice....Hopefully she performs well at plow day? I can't wait to see pictures and hear about how it worked, good or bad (not that there would be anything bad). The decals look great too - the D turned out good, pretty much the same font style and blends right in. Neighbours must be jellous seeing that beast running around the yard?

I hear ya there Matt, she is still in pretty decent shape. Ill probably just use some polishing compound and make her shine again!

Well I was able to use the 129 to pull the 149 around to the back under the shade tree. Now I can work on it.

One good thing about a hydro, you don't have to be in the seat to operate it. I walked along beside and guided it, and then I went back to steer the other one. It took a couple dozen trips back and forth but I got it.

Also picked up the Electric Lift unit today, but it's for a NF, so i will be building a bracket for it.

Well, I cleaned up the 50" deck for my 1211 today, as well as the mule, and sub frame. Gave them both a good sand blast, then a fresh coat of paint. Used ez-slide on the underside of the deck as well. Wish I had some before pics to show how much better they look now...

I also got the 73 out for the first time this year for a little ride around the back field. Its amazing how well she started after sitting since October!

I think I'll use the 127 this week to level out the yard a little, as she's the only one with ags and the front blade still mounted..

Did some plowing yesterday at the local plow day. The 982D did a good job. I was busy with the steering wheel though. I think the steering cylinder is bad.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
