Here is a few pictures of the 102 and push blade, I haven't got the tractor off the truck yet, tomorrow.
Let's not forget some of the PO mods either. He was a short man so he added to the clutch pedal, and I see the battery box had been bent out on the sides to get in a bigger battery.

It dont look to bad really. At least the pedal thing is painted. Do those side things help at all on a blade?

He must have been a short bugger! I'd rather see those type of mods then some that Lew has posted before. The 102 looks good tho!

The pedal almost looks stock if you turn around 5 times and close one eye to look at it! Looks like the side things could be removed without much trouble, once you get done with this and get bored.

Can anyone tell me for sure if this a replacement engine?
I know this thread is suppose to be about my 100 face lift, but in a round about way, I guess it is.

I don't know if anyone would, most likely not. But it's the build of my 100, not about what I bought, I guess.
Would you know if the motor is original or replacement by the numbers?

Assuming the shroud is original to the engine, I'd say it's original. The "B" preceding the serial number means it was built in 1966.

Got a little work done yesterday. Got the donor transaxle out, and the 100's old one put back in the doner so it can still be moved around.
Now the work starts cleaning up the dirty old thing, seems I've done this before
This time I'm going to pull of the covers and inspect the insides before going through all the cleaning and paint removal. (all for nothing)
