All we got is a dusting of snow last night. Looks like next week we will have from the mid 40's and up everyday. I'll take it. I think I could stand to go all winter with no snow.

Heck, I haven't even mounted the cab or blower on the 1572 yet.

Christmas eve and I am actually pondering having to cut the AC back on. It's 74 in the house this morning and mid 60's outside. Should be frost on the ground. Calling for highs in the mid 70's the next few days. Been here all my life and can never remember a winter so warm. We live by the old superstition that if you hear thunder in the winter, snow is coming. Well we had a thunderstorm last night that lasted 1/2 hr. It was a real deal thunderstorm not just a couple rumbles and a flash of lightning. For the heck of it I checked a long range forecast, ice and snow flurries in about 2 weeks! Its time to service the generator!

77 degrees on Christmas Eve here in the Old North State. The grandkids are wishing I had not covered the pool! Merry Christmas from here in the south.

We made *62 Yesterday with .41" rain. here in SE mi.
Just after dark,a straight line gust took the neighbors barn down near my sons place and strung it across a bean stubble field
kind of a lousy Christmas for him!
Never saw it this warm this time of the year!!
I kind of like it!!

Merry Christmas. From where? Yesterday i said we're not in Kansas anymore, that little windstorm blew us right into Florida. I know i'm right because when i pulled into the grocery store i pulled in next to a truck with Florida plates. DUH. Mike

31 degrees here in the Pacific NW. Does this count as a white Christmas?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
