Default garden work

well I got the ag's on the back and disc harrowed the garden with the 1882. The shape of the garden kind of sucks and it's only about 6' x 30' but oooohhhh it's such a nice tractor. couple of those to wash the dust out!!

Great pic's everyone! I need to get some ags on my 982 (as soon as my fun money replenishes itself!). I got the tiller hooked up last nite and took it for a test run in the garden. The soil was still a little wet, but it really did a great job. The bonus was how quiet and powerful it was. My comparison is using the tiller on my JD 212, which did a nice job, but the manual lift and bouncing around is a night and day difference compared to the 982 & 442.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
