Today I received and installed a spring assist on "My Toy"....my 128.

Well today, I used my 3235 to till the small garden and used the 100 to plant 12 rows of sweet-corn 40 foot long.

I finally got to mow again last night with the 1450. It's been so wet here. Beautiful today so at lunch I got to drive around the yard a little on the 124 I picked up a couple of months back. I've been working off and on trying to get parts and stuff to see if it would run. I thought I had everything set up right, but still couldn't get any fire. I had fuel, spark at the points and spark at the plug held to the block. I even tried a different coil... but not mounted down. I was going to try a coil off of my 100 that I know will spark, but thought before I go diving over the hood in the back of the shed I'd try the other coil again, but bolt it down this time. 1/2 crank and it was running!

I had to pick up a throttle cable last night and got that on at lunch. I still need a choke cable, reset the points and tune the carb in a little more. I also need to pull the engine shrouds off and clean out the fins and change the oil.

Now for the kicker. It won't go into 2nd and 3rd so I'll have to pull the shifter off and see what's up with that. But I at least got to drive around... slowly in 1st and reverse. The clutch is a little iffy but works for now.

Oh, I also put in a steering column from a 1650. It's a little longer so that was nice. Steers much better too.

I think I'll see how it handles Jerry B's Brinly box blade tonight.

I used my 1882 with FEL to level a dirt mound that the contractor said would settle. That was a year ago! I got fed up and finally bought myself a real garden tractor this past Tuesday and that pile was gone in an hour. Man I love that Cub!

Moved firewood(was 85 here today!!) so I could plant some blueberry bushes. Yummy breakfasts in my future!!

Unfortunatly I got caught up in the job and forgot to take pics.
My wife has a '68 Camaro convertible that we had stored temp at her brothers house down the street. We needed the room for a project and he has a pole barn. The wiring harness is out of it at the moment so it isn't running. My son and I took the 1872 down and pulled it out of the garage and up the street and pulled it into our garage without breaking a sweat. Both drives are gravel and we never spun a tire. The Super moved it as well or better than the green CUT 4x4 that we pulled it over to his house with. The super is a lot more manuverable as well.

Went to Chris Westfalls (cubclassics.com) this morning and picked up a couple parts i wanted to replace on the 169. Then did a little mowing.

Today I had my son help me move a small wood pile with the 109. I bought the machine last year and tried to teach him to drive it. He just wasn't comfortable for some reason, now a year later he's taken right to it. Anyway, I'm loving the carry all I built for it, very handy implement. I just leave it right on the machine so its ready when needed. And the 109 has been a great machine, I love it.
