Actually, no. I lie awake planning on what I'm gonna do with my cub the next day, I'm really gettin' into this cub cadet thing.
By the way, I seem to drool every time I see pics of your 982, man that thing is sweet!

Welcome Gaden. Yep you have the fever too. That goes along with this site. When we lay awake at night figuring what all we are going to do with these tough machines we all have the fever. Oh by the way there is little to no cure either.

Gaden

Sweet score on your 1872! My best buddy in the world is my 8 yr old son Evan. He makes cub time all that more special! So I know how you feel about your grandson.

Yep, sounds like Yellow fever has ahold of you with a firm grip, LOL. Well these Supers can pretty much do whatever task you want done. It's getting all the little attachments to make life easier that is the hardest. Thanks for the compliment on my BRS. I just happened to be in the right place at the right time for once in my life.

Thanks. It's a bit grainy, but it hides the dirt and rusty areas.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
