Been a while since we had one on on Christmas day!
I'm glad we had warm temps and no snow,
but it would of been a Currier/Ives postcard picture with a camp fire, fresh snow & that full moon on Christmas!!
About 11:00 last night the moon had a nice halo around it. The wife had never seen that before. Right now raining cats and dogs.

old wives tale:
( do wives have tails?) ---------well we won't go there.
a ring around the moon means a change of weather as it is ice crystals.

Plenty of ice crystals here yesterday morning! Took me half hour to clean them off wifes van so she could go to work!

Well its cold and there's snow on the ground in western PA but not enough to wake the cub up from its hibernation, there's only about 3/4" and we're not supposed to get anymore and theyre calling for highs in the 40s the next few days. My plan to run the 1811 for the winter to work any bugs out isn't really going as planned.

I don't know Sam, I don't think your little Kubota can handle all that.

Finally getting some snow in western PA, woke up to about 3" on the ground and its still coming down hard. If it keeps this up I will probably have 6" to test the 1811 out with later when I get home.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
