Go ahead Todd, get me all lathered up for deer season with a great shot of that big buck. Never had a problem with the blood! Been helping butcher stuff since I could walk.
I thought for sure you had snuck out and got another big one this season too! Regards, Chris

Big buck down! Went out this afternoon to the bow blind to see what was going on in the neighborhood. Today was the start of the WI firearm season, but this year they (DNR) passed a law that let's one hunt with bow if they choose.
Back up to Nov. 15th. While sitting in this blind I saw, and passed this real nice 3 1/5 year old 9pt. just wasn't the right feeling, or as I like to put it, all the stars and moons were'nt lined up. But this evening I was sitting listening to all the shooting in the neighborhood and thought, "well I bet the big nine is hangin from someones tree". So as I watched a doe feed on the food plot, I took out my buck growler for chit's and grins and went through two sequence and all at once the brush was snapping and out he came, the big nine. Finally after 15 min. or so he was 16 yards and broadside, I was at the ready and left a 2219 arrow and Grim Reaper broadhead fly. The arrow entered his pump station a little higher than I like and didn't go all the way through. But he took off like his feet were on fire and his butt was a catchin'. Never heard the crash, so I started second guessing myself on what I saw. Because most times I either see them drop, or hear them crash. Well I lit up the phone lines to get my trackers, who were still in the woods hunting at the time and told them the story, and came home to wait till they got here. Two hours later, my wife Nancy and good friends Pott's (Tracy) and Duke (Terry) went a looking for my deer. We had blood right away, and it got real good after 10 yards. Well they flashed me with the flashlights that it was found, it went between 50 and 75 yards and pilled into a tree. The shot was good, but as I thought a little high, but still got both lungs. We didn't get a weight yet, but he's 18" inside spread with 25" main beams, real nice deer. I know it's a long story, but I'm high on life right now, and just wanted to share with you all. Sorry, no pictures till tomorrow, I know, I know.NO PICTURES, IT NEVER HAPPEND OH, but it did, it did!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
