No new shop we are still located in the back behind the building but the service advisors and customer contact point is now up there.

No it wasn't, it would squeak very bad and it just annoyed me honestly. If i turn the pump in my hand it squeaks as well.

Maybe or the seal just wasn't to that point yet but with it chirping/ squeaking it was only a matter of time.

I agree. I have seen bearings fail before the seal. It happens. Sounds like it was on the way out.

Well i've been doing more maintenance on the diesel.

I replaced the front hydro ports on the front so i could finally put my power angle kit on my snow blade and use it.

Then we started on the big issues. I replaced the PTO and installed a block heater. While doing this i also rebuild the fan bracket as one of the bearings i replaced a few years ago was making noise and replaced the actual fan this time and fan belt.

I also had to replaced the throttle cable and shut down cable.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
