Put both of my bumpers on the 2182's today they look good. Painted my bumpers with Rustolieum gloss black. I'll try to get some pics soon.

I'm a cheap old fart, I had some Rustolium gloss black on the shelf so that's what I used.

I am mocking it up on the 1811 just to see how it looks but wouldn't you know i had to set it on a crate because the 1811 frame does not have the nuts welded inside. Just sitting here with a cold beverage I think it looks better in front of the 82 series grill than it does on a Cyclops grill. I will have to order another one for the 1811 now. Then the 1050 is next in line, this could get out of hand!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
