Installed tool boxes on the 100
I got these tool boxes from extrememotorworks. They solved my problem of how to carry essentials and made the space under the seat useful.

Nice boxes! I'd venture to guess there are holes for water to drain out?

The boxes are just folded metal, so they are not really water tight. They replace the fender mounting brackets. I can't leave the 100 out in the rain because the foam in the seat would get waterlogged.

So as the IH Cub Cadet projects reside, and pick up, a while ago I had removed the battery, drained the fuel from the tank and carb, and cleaned up the sediment bowl to tuck away my 125 under a cover for storage. Won't be until spring when it comes out next, lol! I might enter this 125 in the local ( Ohio's oldest ) fair next year for being nearly 100% original, and in exceptional condition!
got a new key chain for it this year. and one for the taking,.... I'll have to dig out the mower, and put it on come fair time.

Engine bolts
Hi guys I remounted my engine today, I say remounted because I mounted it before and the bolts shook themselves loose. The rear bolts were easy but god, the fronts are impossible without a jack. Last night I got a 104 and 2 engines plus tons of parts for 50 bucks. Im wondering what to do with it, im open to suggestions.

new used rims purchased locally to replace the rusted ones that had calcium chloride in them.
I made the mistake of not removing both at the same time so I had a seesaw for a minute. Didn't think that one thru. Now I need to get the tires broke loose and see if the rims are salvageable at all. The tires are still decent. Those tires are welded onto the rims too yowzas, Might be heading to a tire shop to break them down. New air filter installed. Tractor moves pretty quick now too with 200 lbs~ removed.

I was getting the tractors ready for plow day tomorrow and noticed some bits of blue shop rags coming out of the grille, this is what I found. I got everything cleaned up with the shop vac and it's good to go.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
