Trees down around here EVERYWHERE!! Over a million without power in VA.

When somebody starts waving hundred dollar bills, I will start my Stihl!!

None of my neighbors have trees down, but, parts of Roanoke and Bedford look like war zones!!

Lost one little apple tree. Had a bunch of crap blow into the pool. Got to use my baby Stihl 015 and the BX. All cleaned up. Was on the deck last night when it came through and watched as the transformer for my neighbor’s house blew up. I figure he will be waiting for a while to get service back because he's the only one out on that line.

doug that looks great, A quality restoration.
Im not trying to be too nosy but, how much did that resto cost? Just in parts, paint, etc... not tractor cost. Like I said im not trying to get into your business,
Im just trying to make a realistic budget for a GT restore.

Hey everybody! New here to the forum. Wanted to show off my almost finished 72 that my grandpa bought new in 1969. She's been rode hard but still seems to be in great shape!

Sweet! Very cool that it's still in the family. Show me one of the big box Junkers that will live for 3 generations. No reason that one won’t be around for the 4th generation.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
