Got the 782 ready to pick up some branches and sticks. Just waiting for my professional stick picker upper to get off the bus. I've got new front shoes for it that I put on yesterday. I love these v61's.

Finished building a coulter disc for my plow. The one on the plow when I bought it was not mine. The disc is an old seed opener disc off of my dad's Tye no-till drill. I made the rest.

Finally got the fender pan off of the 128. Had to cut the 8 floor board bolts off with cut-off wheel. 37 years worth of dirt and grease. Broke out the de-greaser and soap and hose and got the frame and transmission looking much better. I need to find someone that can re-surface my clutch plates. This was about all I got done today.
Will try to clean up the fender pan tomorrow. Ready for cleaning: Grease: A lot of grease :biggrin2.gif: There is a transmission under there: Ready for a fresh engine, one day: Oh, yes, I had to have my favorite website up and going while I worked

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
