Lars,
My grandfather lives in Southampton, on Temple Road, off of Street Road. I grew up in Horsham and my parents still live there. Good luck with the tractors.

Have you ever heard of the Hilltop Auction in Bangor? Its a John Deere dealer that has a yearly auction every year, typically there are a hundred or so tractors for sale...you can pretty much buy anything you need there, however a lot of it is junk! It's actually this Saturday and I'll be there looking for wheel weights, a plow and some seats!!
No, I never heard of the Hilltop Auction. It would be fun to go, but with Easter being this weekend I have family commitments I must attend. Have fun and good luck trying to find some weights and a plow. There's an auction up by me at the West End Fairgrounds on April 17th, but I won't be able to make that either. I had to pick between that and the Plow Day out in Danville...the plow day won out.

Hey Lars, my company has an office in Southampton and I went to college at Drexel in Philadelphia. Enjoy your tractor!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
