Got the ribs in the mail today. I'm pretty happy with them. Hopefully I can get over to the farm and try to fire her up and put her on a trailer and bring her home friday or saturday.

Went and looked at the 107 today and took off the front wheels. Dad won't let me bring it home till we get the 1650 done though. Just looks like I'll have to get a grille and a muffler. The only thing I'm worried about is the hydro lever is froze.

It must be my lucky day today because my dad found a sleeve hitch for my 107 in one of our barns at our farm today. I wonder what else is stashed in those old barns

On the froze hydro lever, I see in the pictures that your brake pedal is pushed pretty far down...Im sure you checked, but did you make sure the pedal was up before moving it? Just an idea...
But even if its froze its still a good find! Whats your plans for it? Mowing? Plowing?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
