I put on the front blade and tried out the hydraulics. With the front blade and carry-all on it had no problem lifting it even with me standing on the carry-all. I still want to throw some weight in the carry-all and see how much it will lift. Now, on to the pics.
Here's the cylinder in the lowered position. Here it is raised. The valve. I originally had the pressure and return lines hooked up backwards and was scratching my head trying to figure out what was wrong. Once I figured it out I felt like an idiot. The valve is labeled. The levers. The lines at the pump. I added a piece of R/C car fuel line to the vent hole on top of the cap on the pump. When I put the valve into float and droppped the lift it would shoot a mist of oil out the vent and all over the tractor........and me. The offset I added to the lift rod to clear the pump mount and brake pedal. I put the floorjack under the sleeve hitch and the hydraulics lifted the rear of the tractor easily. For those pitstop tire changes.:biggrin2.gif:

Tested out the lifting capacity of the 3 point today. I put 240# (4 60# sand bags) on the carrier and it lifted it with just a slight strain on the engine. That was just a little above idle. The front end was really light.
I also made up a guard to cover up the lift cylinder rod and rock shaft arm.

I thought about doing something like that but that was the longest piece of hose I had so it's just temporary for now.

I found out that my pullies weren't aligned good enough and it caused the belt between the pump and jack shaft to roll over and start slipping. I pulled off the pump and brackets and did a little adjusting/ bending of the mounting brackets. Now, the pullies are aligned much better. Just need to pick up a new belt.
I had the grader blade on it today trying to rip out some chunks of concrete sticking up in my back yard. The hydraulics put out enough down pressure that I could feel the back of the tractor raise up slightly when I push down with the blade. That was until the belt started slipping.

I am working on hydraulics for my 125 and I really like your setup. On your valve, what do the 2 levers do? Is one to raise and the other to lower the implement? I always thought that one lever would raise and lower but Im not familiar with the JD spool valve. Im new to hydraulics and I want to be sure that when I attempt this I dont start hooking up hoses wrong.

The lever on the right controls one spool of the valve for the lift cylinder for the deck, 3 point, and snow blade. The other lever controls the other spool of the valve. It will be plumbed to quick connects on the front and rear to run the power angle on my snow blade and any hydraulic attachments I may want to run on the back.
