NF PTO adjustment question

Done it about 200+ times the gauge does not hit the button. would you like a picture?

Darkminion 17 is spot on. I,ve personally done 50 to 60 who counts. after 50 some years getting the PTO screws out & off the bearing is always a miracle in the making.

Here you go, those two pointy thingies leave scratches on the spring and sounds like a little birdie when you wiggle it side to side so you know it is touching it, none if you made it too tight. Also using the right gauge helps also.

I misunderstood what you meant when you previously said "rest on the spring". Thanks for explaining
