Eastern Browns will chase and can slither faster than you can run , venomous and fast not a good combination
Actually I think I just described my Wife

The other deadly animal we have is a Drop-bear they are brutal , we do not talk about them often as it would stop our tourist industry dead in its tracks

Hey Sarge , that is a myth that it is a myth , they exist , I know someone who knows someone who saw one
It pre-dates Paul Hogan but he did a skit on them
I have attached an article about an exercise Piping Shrike involving the Australian Army , I think you will find it an interesting read

That first article by CNN is mistaken , as you can see it was not the 80s when they were first reported but the time as mentioned in the article I posted is prior to 1967
As to them being a myth ?????

When you find your bear put up a picture
Was it given to you as a joke or a warning ?
Koalas are not a bear they are just plain old Koala

when I was a Private I never did it. But when I was a Sergeant/Staff Sergeant I sure made a Lot of Privates attempt it. Only one Guy actually succeeded. But He chose the right tree
I didn't usually screw with My soldiers Ie Smoke them Push-ups until the Cows come Home. But That was one way I would screw with them

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
