Well tried to start it tonight and no juice to the starter. Pulled the tins. I wanted to put power straight to the starter. Look what I found hiding under the tin. So out comes the motor for a good cleaning and repair. I'd rather have this than a broke motor.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
