Bud, that is one sweet looking lift.
I've been working on one of my tractors today on my lift, up, down, up, down, up, down. Thank God I have a lift. If I had to do this kind of stuff on jack stands at my age I'd scrap most of my toys.

I use a car jack that I welded a large nut on it and use my impact with an 1 1/8" socket. It works very well. Randy

Did Ya get a ramp with it?
If so, put a couple legs on it when in the up position so it's level w/the table. Gives Ya more room to split the tractor when the need be. Word of caution! Don't raise the tractor with the hood up, IF YOU DON"T HAVE ENOUGH OVERHEAD CLEARANCE!! I have an overhead trolley rigged up screwed to the ceiling joists and parallel to the table with a small chain fall hanging from it. Works great for pulling engines or picking up either end of the Cub. Especially nice for splitting one after supporting the frame. Can roll the whole rear end straight back and stand it on it's butt. makes replacing that pesky cork hydro seal a breeze! |

Air Lift Table
I have that same lift. Only mine has a motorcycle vise, (holds front wheel) on it. I purchased many years ago; when a Honda motorcycle dealer was going out of business.
The table has worked fine. And yes, the design, allows you to add side boards, as you did, very easily. Nice job on the sides. tractornuts |

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
