Thank you guys, I appreciate it. Yes it took 4+ months of constant work to get it the way you see it. We did a complete engine out bare frame start. The grille took about 6 hours of meticulous work cause we didn't want to screw the grille up. The hood screen isn't cut into the hood but we made it look like it is cut into it with flat black under the screen to resemble the air intake cutout then the screen mesh is gloss black to to give it that effect. I have a walk around video of it on youtube under mini IH 5488. I will be taking this outfit to an upcoming plowday and will get pics and videos. I've got my 782 going in for the same treatment but as a 5288. Thanks again.

I have been working towards a similar goal with my 682. The one thing that has been bugging my is how to build the grill. I messaged you on the youtube video and now here you are. I would really appreciate any hints tips or suggestions for making it. I assume you built some dies of some sort to crease it. What are the recessed lights made out of?

Thanks guys. Yes I plan to work the tractor and disk and all my other attachments. My other buddy is building me a 6' rolling basket to pull behind the disk and 5488. I will be debuting the entire outfit on March 26th at a plowday. I did have to make a jig to put the coragations in the grille. The boxes are made out of sheet metal and welded in the box shape. Thank you to everyone who watched the video of it
