I had the same issue with mule drive belts, I tried several different brands and it would sling them off instantly. I put on a OEM CC belt and it work perfectly....

well after some further testing:

It seems that the belt stays on and runs great as long as the deck is in the highest position. As soon as you let is down to cut the grass shorter it tosses the belt.

With the belt installed.

Set the deck at the height you want the grass cut, then step back, crouch down and look at the center pulley if the front of the deck is too low, or the back is too high, it will look like the pulley is running down-hill.

If this is the case, the pulley needs to be more inline with the belt.

Pin on and qa are about the only difference. My 108 wf has a 48" deck on it and my last mowing tractor was a 126 nf with a 44" deck so for those making it seem like there's huge differences in the decks there really isn't, the only real differences are in the undercarriage.

I agree. The 1250 I had ran a 38 inch deck. I've seen quite a few 1x8/1x9's with 38, 42, and 48 inch decks as well.
