Thanks Sawdustdad. The guide worked great: The crank is like 1/8 shorter but we'll see if it works. Putting it back in the frame before I try it. But again, thanks to all.

You will need to use a spacer to make up the distance. The crank shoulder to the end of the shaft (washer) needs to be kept the correct distance. Should not be difficult though. Just a washer the size of the crank. You can glue/locktite it in place if so inclined.

Update on the K301 in the 1250 rebuild. After having it bored back to the standard bore, with sleeve, a another crank that had to have the end drilled, and rebuild the carb with new float, all runs well including the PTO. So thanks again to all you guys that helped.
