Bulk ag lime, like they use in the fields.

Hard telling what all ends up in the loader bucket when they scoop it up, or for that matter, what's stuck in the dump truck corners from the last load.
Never heard of buying ag lime in a bag.

All the Alkali you can get . It's all about trying to bring the PH to the acidic.
Spuds love it.

Adding more Alkali will raise the pH and make it more basic.

I think I said that poorly. We are already way to the alkali side. That is why
we don't add lime.

Nice rig! It's fun to solve a problem and use your talents, maybe some sand mixed would help with the clumping. My dad was always adding stuf to his garden, manure, lime, sand, leaves. It all depended on how the garden produced the year before. No internet, just the knowledge he acquired throughout his lifetime.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
