Not as hard to come by as an M&W 9 Speed...
Originals seem to have the most variety of crazy attachments that are hard to come by.

OK, the "furrow maker" I previously referred to was not a CCO, but rather a 100. My mistake.

Yes, the trans is just as strong. The half frame is not. They are known to crack where it bolts to the trans. That's why they were changed to a full frame in the next model. Mike

Thanks Mick. That prob wouldnt happen to me but between that and the easier to find later creeper, I wont rule out a 100 (or rule out a classic). These pop up but it seems the "asking" prices are usually 2x or 3x more than the best deals. Good deals are free through 150, but I find more surface rusted resto candidates and they still want 350 or 450 or more. Dont want to be a "lowballer" but I'm watching a couple and if they dont move, may make an offer of a lot less. All they can say is no (and probably eventually come down anyway). Or may finally be an early bird on one of the free/cheap deals.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
