Well, your clutch is operating normally, but clearly something isn't in proper alignment. Definitely shouldn't be that much wobbling in there.
Other than that it looks like the clutch was engaging and disengaging properly Replace the engine Isolation mounts and see what that does, could solve your problem

I don't know if this is your problem or not. I bought a 1541 that had a similar clutch set up in it with similar symptoms.
Part #8 was broken. The spring steel center cracked. https://www.partstree.com/models/120...ctor/clutch-5/ Quote:

I think you can pull the engine forward enough when you change the mounts.
