It was on it when I bought it Allen. I've seen several early cubs with the same seat cover on them over the years. There was one on CL in Columbus OH this week with the same cover. Don't know if it was offered from IH or just an off the shelf cover you could buy anywhere.

Nice looking 70 with a 100 decal,or a 100 with a 7hp motor.What is up with that?

100 Hood Lew and thanks. The hood that came with it was a mess and I had this one sitting around. Someday I'll get Mike to part with the NOS model 70 decals he has and I'll fix it . By the way it's a K181 replacment motor.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
