Dan, that is one of the tire's from my cart. The tire on the tractor was off the rim and froze to the spindle, so I swaped out the spindle and through that on there to move it around easier.

Yes it does Nick. Shows 803 hours on it, and it's really clean. The carb needs the bushings replaced in it for the throttle shaft, but over all should be an easy fix.

Well Hunter officialy decided that the 1204 is going to be his. I told him if he want's it that he's going to have to do most of the work! So after about 2 hours of come on dad let's go work on the tractor, I finaly gave in. It was a bit hot for my blood today so I made him wait till it cooled down a bit. We went from 50 degrees one day to 97 degrees the next, so much for spring. Anyway we got the rear end out of the 1806 tonight and pulled the rest of the brake linkage off it. He's already making plans for this weekend to get the rear out of the 1204 and get the new one in. Here's a couple shot's from tonight.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
