WOW, nice score. A 123 with hydraulic lift and 3 point. Even better. Yep I know all about the daughter having daddy wrapped around her little pinky thing! I would have it no other way.

Iluvtruks0, I think I have seen this tractor before. It doesn't belong to a man named Neal does it?
No sure doesnt. His name is Steve and lives in NC. That pic was taken at the Southeast Old Threshers Reunion in Denton NC

Oddly enough, it is a radiator cap that one of the PO's attached to the hood. There isn't anything special on it, not like he put it on there because it had a company badge or something they would have worked for, so I have no idea why it is there.

Also, if I understood the guy correctly, he got this (and most of his other GT and mowers) from a junkyard down the road that he is friends with the owner. He said the 123 was in a few pieces when he got it.

It is tough, especially since I bought a Case 222 just 2 weeks ago! But at $175 with the lift and 3 pt, there was no way i could pass that up.

I'm also glad to see everyone is supporting my little girl's choice in colors. As you can see, here, she claimed the tractor before I could even get it off the truck. When she woke up this morning, she asked me if I would help her take her tractor apart to paint it!

Got to love it when they get so into the cubs! My son is hooked! I'd paint one pink in a heart beat for my little girl. Shoot if my wife wanted one I'd do the same thing.

I can't wait to see it, I have a 71 apart and it too will be pink when I get through with it. I am toying around with some purple decals. There is a sign place down the road that cuts vinyl stickers. We will see.

As for the B farmall, there is a tractor just like that one in Georgia, 2 seats and everything. Very cool.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
