I think there was some competion between the Jearsy boys, Mike, Lew, and Scott. Lew was catching Mike and Scott had the big ones. Now that the young boy is in love and I understand just got his nose ring, its just between Lew and Mike.

Scott is lost for ever now. House in the country Amy will have him planting flowers and painting the spare bed room. This is all we need another little Dickerson running around! LOL

Chumlee,
No Competition here. I just find them I guess or they come to me. I did pick up the O with fenders and deck. It's probaly a parts machine but complete with oil bath, bird, grill emblem, deck and fenders. He has a spring trip plow blade and correct hockey stick subframe but he made it fit a crapsman tractor. I tried to score it but he wanted to keep it.
I also scored yesterday a 1 owner 129 with a sickle bar mower that was used once. The 129 runs perfect but the crank is toast where the pto bearing goes on. I took off the bearing about 20 years ago for him so he can use the tractor to tow stuff around. This was WAY before I was into cubs. The sickle bar is in the shed.
Still need to get pictures. It's raining out.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
