I am glad to hear the swap worked out good. That diesel is worth trying to fix the oil leak on.

I forgot, the big bad oil leak ended up being a bad dipstick. The rubber collar that's supposed to stop it broke off the rest that's supposed to seal it and slid up the stick, so it was going in too far and rattling around loose in the hole.
A $5.95 stick from our Kubota dealer fixed it, and at the same time I ordered two so I'd have a new one in my Kubota B5200. Think I might go all Diesel next year and sell the others. Also gave up finding a cyclops front end on Ebay and started the narrow frame swap on this one too. It's too easy and cheap. I can always keep my eyes open for a good original plastic, and there are no modifications to the Cub.

It looks like you guys in IL have a Diesel problem, you should let me remove them from the area before they take over
